Delete your MzansiHavn account

You can request deletion of your MzansiHavn account and personal data whether or not you still have the app installed.

Option 1: in the app (fastest)

Open MzansiHavn and sign in.
Go to Settings → Account controls → Delete account.
Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

Option 2: by email (if you no longer have the app)

Email us from the address associated with your account, with the subject line "Delete my account," and we'll process the deletion within a reasonable time.

What gets deleted

Your photos and verification evidence are removed from storage.
Any active matches are ended.
Your registered devices are removed.
Your authentication record (login credentials) is deleted.

Your profile document is anonymized (name and bio cleared, location removed) rather than instantly purged, because matches and messages that reference you still exist for the other people in those conversations. This keeps deleting your account from corrupting someone else's chat history. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.
